Mast Cell Stabilisers
- Sodium cromoglicate can be given topically for allergic hypersensitivity
- Inhibits release of histamine and slow-releasing substance of anaphylaxis (SRS-A) from mast cells by membrane stabilisation
- Ineffective once mast cells have degranulated
- Lodoxamide
